Client 1 Chiswell Green, St.Albans
This garden was a very sizeable plot with some very mature & overcrowded planting, so some careful decisions were needed. The brief specified the inclusion of a stunning water feature which needed to be the focal point,& clearly visible from the property.
The design brief included Contemporary style, low maintenance planting, family entertainment & dining area, lighting, water feature & a level surface (no steps anywhere) to all 4 sides of garden to enable use of scooters, bikes, skateboards etc! |

Client 2 Arkley Barnet, North London
This garden was a very sizeable plot with some very mature & overcrowded planting, so some careful decisions were needed. The brief specified the inclusion of a stunning water feature which needed to be the focal point,& clearly visible from the property.
This was successfully achieved with the inclusion of low level raised planters. Circular decking, & a bespoke hardwood plinth for the water feature incorporating recessed L.E.D lighting. |

Client 3 Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Following some extensive building works this garden needed updating & some sympathetic use of materials to “link” house & garden providing additional living space. Other requirements were a natural stream & waterfall, children’s tree top play area, all year round interest planting & selection of lighting.
Travertine paving was used to patio & pathways to provide “inside-out” continuity. Raised beds were constructed using vertical railway sleepers providing additional seating. A slate monolith provided the source of the waterfall & stream & a large decking area with connecting tree top platforms formed a unique play area. |
